About the program 

The Ellison Graduate Scholars Program 2026 is a fully funded scholarship offered by the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) for students pursuing a DPhil/PhD at the University of Oxford starting in October 2026. Open to applicants from all countries, the program provides tuition, fees, travel, accommodation, and living expenses. Scholars will also contribute to EIT research projects. Candidates first receive a conditional offer from EIT, then apply to Oxford for their chosen program.

Eligibility criteria 

• The scholarship is open to all nationals.
• The applicants must meet the EIT and entry requirements of their chosen DPhil (PhD) course at Oxford University.
• Applicants must meet the Oxford University Language requirements.

How to apply 

• Apply to the Ellison Institute: Applicants will first apply for the Ellison Graduate Scholarship from this link. The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer from the EIT.
• Apply for Admission at Oxford University: Candidates will be invited to apply to the University of Oxford. The link to the official website is below.
