About the program
The ARES International Training Scholarships are fully-funded awards for professionals from eligible developing countries, including Cambodia, who wish to deepen their skills in development-related topics. The goal is to build the capacity of young professionals who can contribute to the development of their home countries.
Eligibility criteria
- Must have a diploma comparable to a Belgian university graduate degree
- Must have a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in an ARES partner country
- Must be under 40 years old for advanced Bachelor's and Master's programs, and under 45 for short training courses
