About the program

This scholarship programme is designed for all international students worldwide, including Slovaks living abroad, who plan to pursue higher education in Slovakia in the academic year 2025/2026. The scholarship is exclusively designated for full-time bachelor's, full-time combined bachelor's and master's studies, and full-time master's studies at a selected public Slovak higher education institution (HEI).

Eligibility criteria

• Must apply to a Slovak public university for Bachelor’s or Master’s programs
• Structured CV and motivation letter (in English), explaining motivation for studying in Slovakia and demonstrating talent
• No upper age limit; under 18s require legal guardian approval

Required documents

• Valid passport or ID
• SAT score certificate (≥1100)
• Structured CV and motivation letter (in English) 
• Admission letter from a Slovak HEI (or proof of application)
• Solemn declarations:
• No residence in Slovakia since Jan 2020
• No prior Slovak study (except Erasmus+)
• Parental consent (if under 18)
