About the program
The East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship 2026 offers fully funded Master’s and PhD studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, USA. Open to U.S. citizens and students from Asia and Pacific nations, it covers tuition, housing, meals, health insurance, stipend, books, and travel costs. With a deadline of December 1, 2025, the fellowship provides an exceptional opportunity for academic advancement and rich cross-cultural experience.
Eligible criteria
- Candidate must have obtained a bachelor’s degree.
- An applicant must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (4.0=A scale)
- The University of Hawaii requires proof of English Language proficiency, such as IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo English Test.
- You may grant an exception from IELTS or TOEFL if your academic program was in a country where English is the first language) you received a degree from that institution within the past five years.
- You must apply to the university for the following fall semester by December 1, 2025.
