About the program
The HIT International Students Scholarship is a merit-based tuition award for international students applying to study at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in China. It supports undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programmes.
Eligibility criteria
- Must be a non-Chinese citizen
- Maintain good health (mental and physical)
- Consciously abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and the rules and regulations of the university.
- Not receive multiple scholarships at the same time
Undergraduate-specific requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Usually under 25 years old.
- Provide required health and non-criminal certificates.
Languages:
- Chinese-taught programs: HSK (≥ level 4) often required.
- English-taught programs: TOEFL/IELTS English proficiency is often required.
