About the program
The Ireland Fellows Programme is a fully funded scholarship program that enables professionals from developing countries to undertake Master's level studies at Irish Higher Education Institutions. It's a key initiative of Irish Aid, focused on building capacity in developing countries by supporting future leaders and fostering positive relationships with Ireland. The program emphasizes gender equality, equal opportunity, and diversity, and is designed to nurture leaders, develop in-country capacity related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and build strong ties with Ireland.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree
- High English Language Proficiency
- A minimum GPA of 3.0
- The degree should have been award within the last 12 years
- Applicants should not already hold a Master's degree or higher
- The work experience must be directly relevant to the applicant's chosen program
