About the Program

The Aiglon Scholarships are offered by Aiglon College, a private international boarding school in Switzerland, to support talented students who would otherwise be unable to afford an Aiglon education. The scholarship programme provides fully funded places for students with strong academic ability, extracurricular involvement, leadership potential, and financial need. Aiglon Scholarships are primarily offered to students entering Year 11 (US Grade 10) or Year 12 (US Grade 11), with scholarships continuing until graduation based on annual achievement reviews.

  • Loan of textbooks and other materials for class
  • Laundry (not dry cleaning)
  • Ski pass, winter equipment, ski locker
  • On-site healthcare, travel insurance for trips and excursions
  • Planned weekend social trips and academic trips
  • Weekly pocket money allowance
  • Public examination fees and invigilation costs
  • Support with university applications
  • Yearbook
  • Bedding, storage bags and other house equipment
  • University applications and associated expenses

Eligibility

  • Open to students applying for Year 11 or Year 12 entry
  • Applicants must demonstrate: Outstanding academic achievement, Strong extracurricular involvement, Commitment to personal development and self-improvement, Ability to thrive in Aiglon's challenging international boarding environment
  • Year 11 applicants: At least 15 years old by 1 September
  • Year 12 applicants: Between 16 and 18 years old by 1 September

  • Completed online scholarship application form
  • Personal information and educational background
  • Personal statement
  • School reports from the last two full academic years
  • Information about extracurricular activities, interests, and achievements
  • Financial information from parents/guardians (for means assessment)
