Eligibility criteria
- Full-time undergraduate students in any year and enrolled in any undergraduate degree programme
- Has good academic standing
- Demonstrated financial need with monthly Per Capita Income of S$2,500 and below
- Active in Fifth Row and demonstrate leadership potential and community involvement
- Believe in giving back to society
